Hi, I’m Heather, and I’ve been supporting families as they welcome new life since 2015. I became a doula because I love helping parents feel confident, informed, and empowered during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Being part of one of the most meaningful days of someone’s life is an honor I never take for granted and it’s why I show up for my clients with compassion, calm, and experience.

My Experience & Training

I’m certified as a childbirth educator, doula, high-risk doula, placenta specialist, and lactation counselor. What this means for you is that I bring evidence-based guidance, practical support, and reassurance through every stage of your journey. Whether your birth takes place in a hospital or at home, I help you navigate choices, manage unexpected changes, and feel confident advocating for your needs.

A Bit About Me

I live in Ashland, PA with my husband, our six children, and our two dogs. Being a mom has taught me patience, empathy, and how to stay calm under pressure, qualities I bring to every birth I attend. When I’m not supporting families, you’ll probably find me sipping coffee with a friend, reading, or having fun with my family.

I love meeting new families and learning about their birth goals. Every story is unique, and I’m passionate about helping parents feel empowered, prepared, and supported through one of life’s most transformative experiences.
