As your doula I offer personalized support that helps you feel confident, informed and comforted throughout your pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
When you call or text, I am the one that answers right away, not someone else in the office or an on-call system days later.
When you’re unsure or overwhelmed, I help you talk through your options and provide evidence-based information so you can make the best decision for your situation.
When birth throws you a curveball, I’m there to help you navigate changes, adapt the plan, and feel supported in your choices.
I help amplify your voice when you need to be heard.
I also support your partner, helping them feel confident and actively involved every step of the way.
When you choose to work with me as your doula, you’re choosing consistent, one on one support from someone who truly knows you and who will show up for you, without hesitation, when it matters most!
What you can expect from your Doula
Support during pregnancy includes:
- A free consultation, to get to know each other and see if we are a good fit.
- Prenatal visits (in home or virtual) focused on education, birth planning and reviewing comfort techniques to help you feel confident and prepared.
- Doula Client workbook packed with information to help clarify your goals and organize your thoughts.
- Direct access to me via phone and text for reassurance or guidance between visits.
- Partner support to help them feel confident and prepared.
Once labor begins:
- Phone and text support during early labor to help time contractions, review comfort options and decide when it is time to head to your birth place.
- Continuous hands on support throughout active labor and birth, physically, informationally and emotionally.
- Partner coaching so your partner can feel prepared, confident and empowered to help you.
After baby arrives:
- 1-2 hours immediate postpartum support including comfort, positioning and family adjustment.
- Help with breastfeeding if desired, with tips and hands on guidance.
- Postpartum visit in your home to discuss the birth, feeding support and provide any needed resources.
- Ongoing phone and text support for the first several weeks as you adjust to being new parents.

Investment: Full-service birth doula support is $1,795, which includes personalized support throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, plus direct access to me whenever you need it.
Medicaid coverage is accepted for eligible clients.

A birth experience you’ll want to remember
As your doula I promise to give you and your partner the space you need to work together, to make sure you are aware of all that is happening, and to give you the encouragement you need when things get tough. I am respectful of the care provider you have chosen and will always encourage you to be in good communication with them about any concerns that may arise. I will be by your side when you need me to be or quietly in the background holding space as you and your partner work together to meet your baby.
Childbirth Education Classes
Childbirth education classes are highly encouraged for all of my doula clients. While they are not required, a class can help you to be prepared for a variety of ways your birth may unfold. Knowledge is power and when you don’t know your options you don’t have options. If you want to have an empowering birth experience then you need to prepare for one.
